If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can create a complimentary UPS return shipping label within 30 days for any domestic orders on ZinniaNatural.com. There are three ways to begin the return process:

1 – Visit your account page and select my orders.

2 – OR Enter your order number and email address here.

3 – OR View your shipping confirmation email and click “Track my Order” for return details.

Domestic (USA) Returns

Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can create a complimentary UPS return shipping label within 90 days for any domestic orders on zinnianatural.com. There are three ways to begin the return process:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Only products purchased on Tatcha.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
  • Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
  • We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
  • We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
  • We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

International Returns

If you are outside of the United States, please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by Zinnianatural at this time. Contact Us for return authorization and instructions.
